We really hope this is the year we will get out of our condo and get a house with a yard for the dogs to play.
At this point we feel we wouldn’t be able to sell without taking a loss or doing a short-sale; so we think the best thing would be to rent it out and find a nice little house to rent ourselves. The only problem is finding a place 1. in a good neighborhood 2. in our price range (low) 3. that has a fenced yard for the pups. We’d like to move over the bridge to St. Pete if we can’t move up North. All of our friends are there and it’s hard to socialize when everyone is 45 minuets away.
But in the meantime I’m in love with this little bungalow

Hello guest house!
The worst part…
It’s in our price range. It’s close to our friends. And we’re not in the market to buy right now.
A moment for the little house that could be….but won’t be ours.
We’ll get there…someday, hopefully soon. Until then I will continue my “house dreaming”…until it’s time for the real hunt.
